TOP FIVE STATE GOVERNMENT WEB SITES ANNOUNCED

(Government Technology) Maine, Indiana, Virginia, Delaware, and Arizona have the best state government Web sites in America, according to the Center for Digital Government, a national research and advisory institute on information technology in state and local government.
